BIOFLUID H-12 is a water-soluble synthetic fluid for metal processing. A well-balanced formula ensures good biostability, and a longer service life is achieved with proper handling. BIOFLUID H-12 has excellent lubricating properties, good emulsification, and gives high-quality processed surfaces. The fluid protects tools and processed objects from corrosion, excellently separates foreign oil, which extends the life of the working fluid. BIOFLUID H-12 is primarily intended for brushing cast iron, low carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel alloys machining, threading, boring, cold rolling of copper strips, cold deformation of copper. Depending on the severity of the operation, it is used in a concentration of 3 to 10%.
