FLUID E-5 is an emulsifying oil for cooling and lubrication during metal processing. It contains a high percentage of mineral oil, so with water it gives a rich and stable milky-white emulsion. FLUID E-5 contains emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and biocides and does not contain chlorine, bor and nitrites. FLUID E-5 is applied from light d to medium heavy cutting operations: turning, milling, drilling, stamping of steel, copper and light metals except magnesium. It is particularly recommended for operations of cold deformation of copper, cold rolling of copper strips. Depending on the severity of the operation, it is used in a concentration of 3 to 10%.

Recommended concentrations of solutions: - turning 2.7 – 3.2% - milling, turning, drilling 4.5 – 5.5% - threading, reaming, cutting 9 – 10%.
