FLUID S-5 is a synthetic fluid for metal processing made on the basis of appropriate lubricants and anti-corrosion additives, does not contain mineral oil. Due to its chemical composition it is resistant to the development of microorganisms, which ensures durability in use. Excellent lubricating properties and emulsification ensure good cooling of tools and good contact of lubricants with processed objects. FLUID S-5 is recommended for processing cast iron, low carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel alloys machining, threading, boring, cold rolling of copper strips, cold deformation of copper. Depending on the severity of the operation, it is used in a concentration of 3 to 10%.
