Fuchs ECOCOOL REX 21 BF

ECOCOOL REX 21 BF is a high-quality water-miscible (emulsion) cooling and lubrication fluid. It is boron-free and offers special features for high-productivity metalworking, particularly in automotive and many other industrial applications. It does not contain boron, secondary amines, chlorinated paraffins, formaldehyde-releasing biocides, or other critical components that often lead to regulatory restrictions. It helps maximize operational productivity and improves the working environment while delivering cost savings.

ECOCOOL REX 21 BF is especially suited for machining cast iron and low-alloy steels. Its application can also be extended to aluminum alloys for the automotive industry, as well as all aluminum die-casting alloys.

Application:
ECOCOOL REX 21 BF is designed for long-term use in cast iron machining. It is suitable for milling, drilling, reaming, thread cutting, as well as tangential and circular grinding. These versatile application possibilities and robust formulation make it ideal for the most demanding metalworking tasks.

ECOCOOL REX 21 BF is mixed with water before use:
• The usual working concentration is 6%, but your local Fuchs representative can provide specific recommendations for each individual need.
• Top-up is generally done at a concentration between 1% and 3%, depending on the material being machined, working environment conditions, fluid temperature, and the machine configuration itself.
