HEMOSKIN DWR 50 is a cleaning agent for removing water from metal parts after machine processing. It efficiently removes cooling and lubricating agents used in metal processing. It is especially effective on polished surfaces, where it prevents the formation of water films. After treatment it dries and does not leave visible film on the surface. HEMOSKIN DWR 50 is especially suitable in situations where it is not possible or not cost-effective to dry the surface by heating. It is very stable to alkaline and acidic components and electrolytes. Positions that need to be treated contain chlorinated alkanes. It is used cold and should not be applied to heated surfaces. It is diluted with water, or by immersion, or sprayed, or hand (buckets or brushes).

The most effective way of application is by immersion.
